As a Christmas Tree retailer, it is important for you to know where your trees come from, how they are cultivated, cut and delivered. The more you know about our Christmas Trees, the more your customers will appreciate your products.

Sibgo Tree Company grows trees in Northern New Hampshire. Because of our location, we can cut trees later in the year, ensuring a fresher product to you. It makes sense - the later a tree is cut, the better it retains water. (In fact, if a tree loses 40% of its moisture it will never recover.)

Sibgo Tree Company minimizes moisture loss. We even interlock our tree tops after cutting to prevent drying as we get your shipment prepared for fast, timely delivery. And what trees! Unlike most companies, who purchase seedlings from nurseries and hope for the best, Sibgo Tree Company plants from our own seeds.

For two years, our seedlings are carefully monitored in special beds before passing inspection and planted on our tree farms. Minimal pesticide use, constant mowing and weeding, and vigilant disease control are important elements to the maturation of our exclusive ArcticMist™ trees. A Sibgo Tree Company ArcticMist™Christmas Tree can be harvested at twelve years growth - strong, perfect in color and shape, pruned to produce the bushy form and graceful taper of the ideal Christmas Tree.

Here is how we do it:

Cutting the end of the top stem stops vertical growth and prevents unsightly spaces between the whorls of the tree.

Proper shearing of side branches produces dense, conical shapes.

Correct basal pruning removes lower branches up to a dominant whorl, creating better air circulation as the tree matures and maximizing effective fertilization for healthier trees.

Your customer wants a smaller tree butt, to avoid additional trimming at home to fit the tree into a proper stand. Our basal pruning of each ArcticMist™ Tree makes it easy!

Wreathes and trees are available to order, in any quantity.

We provide cross-country trucking in a refrigerated enclosed-box truck to avoid heating or drying the trees during transport. If you don't want a truckload of trees, we can coordinate split-loads for more efficient shipping. Or you are welcome to come pick up the trees yourself. Either way, our trees arrive at your location individually wrapped and ready for sale. All you have to do is remove the wrappers and set the trees out-no broken branches, no last minute trimming.
